For our joint assignment, tristan and i produced a short monologue from the perspective of a policeman. this developed through interviewing policemen and discovering the pressures that were involved in their everyday life. our chosen character suffered alcoholism from stress at work and through struggles with handling family life at the same time.

for my Fact and Fiction essay i chose to explore reconstructions and whether they were still capable of exposing truth. i concluded that it still conveyed a basic 'simulation' of the truth and therefore still important, otherwise alot would have to be lead to the imagination, this way moving image could be manipulated into having more impact and emotion on the viewer.
